New Hall Rental Policy

In the interest of operational management of St. Mary's Hall these policies and guidelines will be strictly adhered to.
  1. The Hall Administration Committee will be in charge of keeping Hall key and will be responsible for opening and closing the Hall for parties who have leased or have loan of the premises.
  2. The Hall Committee will be responsible for inspecting the Hall and make certain the Hall is clean and property within the premises is left in good condition and accounted for. The Hall must be left in proper standing after it is used by responsible lessee or loan party.
  3. A rental agreement or a non-rental agreement must be signed by leasing or loan party. St. Mary's Parish Hall is rented for the amount of amount of $175.00. Any damage incurred to any of the property within the premises will be the responsibility of the lessee, and lessee will pay the amount of damages incurred.
  4. The rental agreement will require a $75.00 deposit for person leasing the Hall. The total amount of $250.00 must be fully paid at time of signing Hall contract. This deposit will be forfeited if the Hall is not cleaned as stated on rental/loan contract. These specifications are as follows:
    a. Clean kitchen
    b. Mop floor (kitchen, Hall and bathrooms)
    c. Scrub grill if used
    d. Assure bathrooms are in working order, floors mopped, trash cans clean.
  5. Church organizations who do not pay a rental, a non-rental agreement will be signed by the head of the organization. This agreement will stipulate the organization is responsible for any breakage or damage to property within the premises and will agree to pay for damages incurred. Also, organization will clean Hall and return it in the same condition Hall was when it was borrowed. A donation is requested from borrower to cover the cost of utilities.
  6. The Lessee will be responsible for any mishaps or injuries incurred while using the Hall. St. Mary’s Church will not be held liable for such mishaps or injuries. It is the sole responsibility of the lessee or responsible party using Church Hall.
  7. A physical inventory will be taken by the Hall Committee of all the property within the premises for property accountability. All property within the premises should remain in the Hall. Chairs, tables or other property within the hall will not be not be loaned out and will not leave church premises.
  8. PLEASE NOTE: NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE PREMISES.
